Astaire became fascinated with homeopathy after observing how it helped her eldest daughter, who is now eighteen, overcome asthma at the age of six. Amazed that her daughter no longer needed her medicated inhaler, her curiosity about homeopathy was piqued!
In 2014, she began studying homeopathy with Dr. Anne Jerome, CCH, and two years later, enrolled at the Academy of Homeopathy Education. She completed their rigorous homeopathic practitioner program in 2019, graduating with 1,000 combined hours of didactic and live clinical training.
Certified in 2019 as a classical homeopath through the Council for Homeopathic Certification, Astaire launched her practice in 2020, and maintains a busy practice consisting of local and distance clients from her office in Rockwall, Texas.
Astaire maintains professional membership with the Texas Society of Homeopathy, and a dual TSH/NASH professional membership. In 2022, she joined the board of directors of the Council for Homeopathic Certification as the Public Relations Committee Chair. In 2024, Astaire was elected by the CHC board for the position of President of the Council for Homeopathic Certification.
