REFUND POLICY

Appointments are scheduled by the client, and payment is required at the time of booking. No refunds will be given for missed or cancelled appointments. At the client’s request, missed or cancelled appointments will be credited to the clients’ account for future appointments, valid for one year from the date of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments can be cancelled or changed up to twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Missed or cancelled appointments will be charged the regular fee, since this time is reserved especially for you and cannot be used by other clients.
